  Then I was ordering 2 specials in total 4 medium pizzas, and wanted to pay for the specials separately so 2 separate bills and he told me then I would have to pay for 2 separate delivery charges even if they are both coming to the same room and in the same delivery vehicle I’d be paying 10 dollars for pizza delivery!!! What a joke my god I will take my business elsewhere. The guy on the phone was rude and didn’t have an answer as to why he needed hotel phone number or why I would be paying 2 separate delivery charges. This pizza place must have one very cheap owner.

  Walked in to get a slice, some one had just cancelled a large pizza for pick up, they offered it to me at about the same price as the slice!

  Couldn’t believe the horrible service. Visiting wasaga for work for the 3rd time. Staying at a motel and decided to order pizza so I called this place and first they needed the hotel phone number even know I made it clear it’s not the hotel ordering the pizza it’s myself in a room.

  Half off an empty box and I can't say I'm tempted to ever go back. The manager wouldn't offer a 4th pizza for the hassle of driving, nor was he apologetic.

  The manager offered a credit for 3 pizzas or a refund for the $56, not including tip. In two days Toppers has a half off pizza sale, so they basically offered me 1.5 pizza value, or I can drive an hour to go get half my money back. Robbery!

  Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Worst place ever. Bad customer service and after 3 hour wait, still have nothing. One pizza, how hard is that.

  Toppers pizza got my hopes up as I ordered 3 gluten free pizzas, then broke my heart. The first pizza was a tease. It was perfect. The second pizza had BREADED chicken on my gluten free pizza. The third pizza was the big red flag that said I should end my passionate hot and heavy new relationship with Toppers. The third box was EMPTY!

  This is how I discovered Toppers is a franchise but they don't have any system in place for quality control. Toppers Canada is going to do nothing, and leave it to the store manager in a city I won't be returning to for years.
