  I was desperate to find a family Dr in the area as I live in Collingwood and have had no luck finding a Dr accepting new patients. I was experiencing some severe pain due to a slipped disk and by some stroke of luck my wife managed to get me into this medical office. Dr Basinski was kind enough to see after 5 pm. Provided lots of great info to assist me in healing and also proscribed me some greatly needed pain meds on my first visit which I thought would be impossible having never met me previously. I was impressed all around and the 2 ladies at the front desk were super friendly and accommodating. I was happy to sign on as a new patient here. I don't really offer my opinions in online reviews however when I awoke pain free this am for the first time in 6 weeks I felt like calling them to thanks them however perhaps a great review is better than a thank you phone call. Five Stars from MJS!

  Worst doctor experience I've ever heard of. One of Dr. Basinskis patients who are very close with me went to ask the doctor about therapists and mental health concerns and with discusting aditude proceeded to say he doesn't have time to answer these questions because he was done work and wanted to go home. Another concern is he is extremely careless and needed to use google to search which vacine was the right one to give his patient. You would think a doctor who has gone to school for many years would know something as simple as that. In my opinion he should have his licence taken away immediately and should be shut down. Going the longer distance to a different doctor is definitely highly recommended!
